Testimonials – Devon & UK

Ann Marie, Exmouth

Debra Williams gave me one session of advice and found some very helpful advice on the internet regarding age related macular degeneration.  The advice was later confirmed by consultants at the Royal Devon and Exeter ophthalmic department and the macular disease society guide.

Brian, Devon

Debra Williams recently carried out a dietary assessment at my home, at short notice.

The comprehensive interview covered all aspects of my diet, together with areas of particular interest to me. Her advice was given in depth, and enabled me to assess my normal diet, and to make modifications where necessary. Following medical checks, I have since received useful follow-up advice from Debra.

 Rob, Exmouth

Whilst there are countless books and dvds about diet on the market, it was much nicer to talk to a person on a one to one basis.  Debra gave me a lot of useful information and advice and I am now putting it to good use.

 Sandra, Exmouth

As a migraine sufferer Debra suggested a Tyramine free diet. She took my condition seriously and was very easy to talk to. I follow the diet from information she gave to me and it has certainly improved my condition. Thank-you Debra.

 Nikki, Sidmouth Guides

Debbie visited 2nd Sidmouth Guides for an evening to talk to the girls (aged 10-14) about healthy eating, different diets and her job as a Dietician. It was a very informative evening that the girls enjoyed. Debbie made it interactive and had handouts available. The girls asked lots of questions and really enjoyed the evening!

 Mr Goddard, Sidmouth

Debra was very helpful in giving me dietary advise for my IBS symptoms which is Iam finding better following a recommended  diet and following up on other useful advise given on the consultation. I would be happy to recommend Debra to friends  family and thank her for her professional advise .

 Russell, London

Like a lot of people living a hectic lifestyle, I had been struggling to get a grip of my diet. I always knew I had to do something about it but never gave myself the time. Debbie was really friendly and helpful and made me understand what I needed to do, in a simple and clear way. She has helped me to make a real change for the good.

 Dot, Exmouth

Thank you so much for organising the tour today, despite all the problems you experienced, it was very successful, and useful.  It was also great to meet with Louise and her husband and exchange “notes”.

Thank you also for the extra Information Packs, which I know will be of benefit to friends and family.

 Lois and Chris, Devon

Chris and I would like to thank you for all your hard work in getting the store visit off the ground, and for your knowledge and interest in Coeliac disease.

 Viv, Exeter

I found your visit very helpful and have started to put it into practice.

 Annie, Budleigh Salterton

Thanks for the session today.  I don’t feel so worried now and know I can improve my diet!

Spencer, Torquay

After changing careers and working from home with a new business being sat in front of a computer all day, I found I started lacking energy and feeling tired at certain times of the day. Debra greatly helped by slightly altering my diet and the times I ate, plus included short bursts of exercise. Within 5-6 days my energy levels dramatically increased and the tiredness disappeared.

Rebecca, Devon

I contacted Debra when I needed more specific information on certain foods. It helped to consult an expert as there are so many different, and sometimes unscientifically proven, claims on the internet about the foods we eat.

Really helpful, thank you!

Been to all groups and found it very helpful.

Have had a few ups and downs but it has helped me to see what I need to do to help myself.
