We have listed our general Health, Diet and Nutrition general packages. We review in detail numerous aspects of your health, lifestyle and eating habits. After analysing the data and information, which includes your nutritional requirement, we’ll provide you a structured and detailed nutrition and diet plan. The diet plan is tailored to assist in achieving your goals, whether they are weight loss, weight management, or weight gain. We’ll also provide guidance to meal planning, which will be based around healthy food recipes, high in nutritional value.

Initial (£80)

  • use information collected and work with you to set some realistic goals
  • work with you to create a tailored diet plan with practical suggestions to help you achieve your goals
  • provide you with the resources you need to implement the changes
  • follow up letter summarising consultation and diet and lifestyle recommendations
  • two weeks email support

Follow up (£55)

  • discuss your progress following initial appointment
  • repeat any anthropometric measurements so that you can see your progress
  • motivate and help you to make further diet and lifestyle changes to help you achieve your personal goals

Initial plus computerised diet analysis (£130)

  • discuss medical history, your health, lifestyle and eating habits
  • calculate your individual nutritional requirements
  • review diet using completed food diaries
  • collect anthropometric measurements
  • use information collected and work with you to set some realistic goals
  • work with you to create a tailored diet plan with practical suggestions to help you achieve your goals
  • provide you with the resources you need to implement the changes
  • provide a full computerised analysis of your diet including assessment of your consumption of protein, fat, carbohydrate, fibre, fluid and vitamins and minerals
  • identification of food groups/vitamins/minerals which may be lacking in your diet.  You will be provided with fact sheets containing practical advice on how to make the necessary changes to your diet to help you meet your nutritional requirements
  • follow up letter summarising consultation and diet and lifestyle recommendations
  • a follow up consultation as above

One-on-one sessions are generally conducted in and around the Exeter area of Devon, yet can just as easily be conducted on a Skype or telephone call.
